New Features
a) Option to make all week ends off rather than the user having to individually click each day to make it a day off. As with previous versions, days off are not used to calculate the schedule. Schedules are only calculated based on working days. 5322

b) If a user clicks on a database on the database form that is not valid (becuase the path is not valid or the database was deleted or moved) the user will be given an option to click there way to the database, and the database form will be updated to reflect the new / correct location. 5460

c) The task list import process will import contacts into the address book if the contact assigned to a task being imported does not already exist in the address book. 5607

d) Tasks can now be filtered by profession. 5596.

Refinements
a) When a user marks a task as done ( or does anything else that removes a task from a filter ) it returns to the list in the same place the user was at before the task was removed from the list. This makes it easier to keep working after a user eliminates tasks from the task list screen. 5440

b) Groups are sorted in alphanumeric order in the group editor. Users can sort by Group Name and Group Description by clicking on the column headers. 4259, 5344

c) If a user selects (x)use Outlook/Outlook Express / Mapi email, on the email preferences window, the help / send questions to VB uses feture will use Outlook/OutlookExpress / Mapi email rather than the built in email client in VirtualBoss. 5435

d) Header on printed calendar shows more info about the task list filter so users can see what tasks are printing on the calendar. 5351

e) The add this task to a group, and add this job to a group window now shows the group name and group description rather than just the group name. 5346

f) Predefined tasks can be selected with a single mouse click or a double mouse click rather than only working with a double mouse click.  5342

g) The Gantt Chart columns will not revert to the default size if a user drags on a task. 5428

h) The calendar view will refresh after a user clicks on the [restore defaults] buttons on the calendar. 5430

i) If a user adds a contact on the fly, then right mouse clicks on a phone number to delete it, it would delete all phone numbers entered. Build 33 and later will only delete the phone number that the user right mouse clicked on. 5367

j) The database form will yellow highlight the current/active database. 5432

k) Report building is now faster that it used to be if a user set report preference to show page 1 of x, 2 of x, 3 of x. This setting is on the General tab of the Preferences window.  There is no internal VB task number for this.

l) Print this Task option on the task detail screen will result in a work order that will show custom field 1, custom field 2, custom list 1 and custom list 2. The work order options window needs to have these preferences set before these custom fields will show if a user clicks on the [Print this Task] button. 5562

m) Hyperlinks exported to html will now work as hyperlinks on the html document. 5482

n)  The update notice window does not have a white background on text after clicking on it. 5509

o) When a user changes a job name, the window where they enter the new job is titled "Enter new job name". It use to be titled "Add a Job" This is a better description of what is happening and will help reduce confusion. 5565

q) Instructions for setting up windows XP / 2000 faxing if the service is not set up. These instructions come up if a user tries to fax, and the computer is not properly set up to fax work orders. 5625

r) Any phone format can be entered and it will show in the address book, job manager, view sub details and all reports. 5569

s) Eliminated the "[ ] Auto fill Contact information from Company name" option.  It is a waste and nobody used it. 5579

t) Records XXXXX " number on the Contact Manager window are not cut off up to 100,000 contacts.  5617

u) Keystroke lookup in the Filter by group name on the task filter window.  This speeds up the filtering process.  No internal vb task number.

v) When a new blank data set is created there is no bell. There used to be a bell and it served no purpose. 5615

Bug Fixes
a) If a ";" is included in a job name, the Gantt Chart columns will be off by 1. This is a minor bug becuase it will only effect the Gantt Chart on users that put a ";" in a job name.  5566
Found in Version 367a0020 and was fixed in version 368a0033

b) If you enter an Actual Finish date on a task, it will mark the task as done.
If you click on next task, and enter the same finish date for the next task, it will not mark the task as done. 5624. This is a minor bug because it only effects users if they use the next button and manually enter the next task with the same actual finish date. Most users will not do this.
Found in Version 368a0028 and was fixed in version 368a0033
