Yes. Here are our PO Guidelines:(1) Yes, we accept school purchase orders.(2) We accept POs (purchase orders) from accredited schools in the US only. (3) Please mail your school PO to the address listed below. For faster account activation, you may fax your PO to 888.397.6297. (4) We only accept purchase orders on official school formats that use assigned purchase order numbers. No letterhead or blank head POs please. (5) The purchase order must have a authorized signature of a school official.(6) We reserve the right to refuse any order.(7) Please include a phone number for the school's purchasing department.(8) Purchase Order Terms are Net 30.(9) You/your school will be invoiced by US mail. I Received an Innapropriate Message From A Student or Parent, How can I find out who sent it?
Yes, you may track the email via the IP address located at the bottom of the message sent to you. HomeworkNOW puts the originating IP address on all messages sent to teachers. You may then take that address and search for its origin at http://www.arin.net. In the Arin.net search results, you will see the owner of the IP address (usually an Internet Service Provider) and a abuse number that you may call and open a case with. Why can't I find my name in the assignment directory under my school name?
If you have a trial account or if your school's prepaid account has expired, your name will not be visible from the public HomeworkNOW teacher directory. We do this in trial accounts for security reasons. (We don't want someone creating a free trial account, and posting inappropriate content under a school name.) Your name will be visible when your account is registered individually or though a schoolwide account.Although your name is not visible, you can still give students your direct, personal URL to your assignment page, which can be visible. Remember that your personal address to your assignment page is http://www.homeworknow.com/fetch?teacher=younamehere. With yournamehere being your HWNOW username....
I keep getting a user session timeout when I try to edit my classes.

I never received the signup email when I entered my email address for a My.HomeworkNOW account.
Please verify the following:The email is not in your Spam or Junk Mail folder in your email program/serviceThat your email provider has not blocked mail from HomeworkNOW.comThat you entered your email correctly in the form.It may take up to one hour to receive the signup email depending on the time of the day you submit the signup inquiry form.If above has been verified and the email has still not arrived, open a new support ticket to request information on how to signup....
