I never received the signup email when I entered my email address for a My.HomeworkNOW account.
Please verify the following:The email is not in your Spam or Junk Mail folder in your email program/serviceThat your email provider has not blocked mail from HomeworkNOW.comThat you entered your email correctly in the form.It may take up to one hour to receive the signup email depending on the time of the day you submit the signup inquiry form.If above has been verified and the email has still not arrived, open a new support ticket to request information on how to signup.
Accessing HomeworkNOW via Verizon Wireless
Parents and students can access HomeworkNOW.com on their wireless phones easily.
Step 1: Launch the Mobile Web Browser from the phone.
Step 2: Select MORE from the VZW Today screen, then select HOME and
FAMILY.
Step 3: Select HomworkNOW and follow the onscreen instructions.
For one click access, sign up for a free username and password at
the Verizon Wireless Mobile Web 2.0 companion site so you can add HomeworkNOW to
your wireless favorites.

If you lost your password try the following....... if you are a teacher:Go to: http://www.homeworknow.com/hwnow/forgotpassword.php?for=teacherEnter your username. Your password will be sent to the email address we have on file for you.... if you are a SchoolWide Admin:

Enter your school's HWNOW ID. Your password will be sent to the email address we have on file for you.... if you are a parent/student:
Go to: http://my.homeworknow.com/my.php?option=forgot
Enter your email. Your password will be sent to the email address we have on file for you.
