I never received the signup email when I entered my email address for a My.HomeworkNOW account.
Please verify the following:The email is not in your Spam or Junk Mail folder in your email program/serviceThat your email provider has not blocked mail from HomeworkNOW.comThat you entered your email correctly in the form.It may take up to one hour to receive the signup email depending on the time of the day you submit the signup inquiry form.If above has been verified and the email has still not arrived, open a new support ticket to request information on how to signup.
Even though I edit each day to update the homework- it appears it has not been updated. What am I doing wrong?
The issue is that your browser is caching. Although HomeworkNOW's pages are dynamic and recognized as such by most browsers, in some cases, certain browser versions continue to cache HomeworkNOW teacher pages. To fix: Change your browser's cache settings to be "Every visit to the page." This should take care of the issue. You may also want to manually refresh/reload the page from your browser.
When teachers try to respond to a parent email through HomeworkNow, they don't go through.
The emails sent to teachers contain whatever email address the parent fills out on the Contact Teacher form. If they fill out their email address wrong, then when the teacher replies, it will bounce back. Also, HomeworkNOW does not do any processing of the replies - since all we do is generate the email to teachers, all reply processing is done locally on the teachers system or webmail - as is the case when they receive any other mail.

HomeworkNOW accepts various forms of payment, including all major Credit Cards, On-Line Checks, Mailed Checks, Money Orders, and Official School Purchase Orders (Purchase orders only accepted for school wide accounts only.)

Are there restrictions on paying a school wide account by PO?
Yes. Here are our PO Guidelines:(1) Yes, we accept school purchase orders.(2) We accept POs (purchase orders) from accredited schools in the US only. (3) Please mail your school PO to the address listed below. For faster account activation, you may fax your PO to 888.397.6297. (4) We only accept purchase orders on official school formats that use assigned purchase order numbers. No letterhead or blank head POs please. (5) The purchase order must have a authorized signature of a school official.(6) We reserve the right to refuse any order.(7) Please include a phone number for the school's purchasing department.(8) Purchase Order Terms are Net 30.(9) You/your school will be invoiced by US mail.
